William Casebeer, PhD is well known for his work in neuroethics, the evolution of morality, the intersections of cognitive science and national security policy, philosophy of mind, and military ethics. In this lecture Dr. Casebeer delivers a framework for the ethical analysis of the neuroscience of enhancement.
