We are pleased to announce that Drs. Diana Robertson and Roy Hamilton have joined the faculty of the Penn Center for Neuroscience & Society.

Diana Robertson, PhD,
 is Joseph Kolodny Professor of Social Responsibility in Business and Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at The Wharton School.  Dr. Robertson’s research focuses on the field of business ethics.  One stream of inquiry is neuroscience research on the cognitive processes underlying ethical decision-making.

Roy Hamilton, MD, is Assistant Professor of Neurology in the Perelman School of Medicine.   As the director of the Laboratory for Cognition and Neural Stimulation at Penn, Dr. Hamilton studies neural plasticity and recovery of function in neurological patients using magnetic and electrical brain stimulation techniques, and also investigates the effects of brain stimulation in normal healthy individuals.  He is also strongly committed to enhancing the education and advancement of underserved and underrepresented groups in neurology, neuroscience, and medicine, and directs a variety of initiatives serving the needs of these populations.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Robertson and Dr. Hamilton join the CNS faculty where they will no doubt be instrumental in helping to shape our research and teaching initiatives.
