The European Human Brain Project (HBP) is committed to research for civilian purposes. The vision is to improve our understanding of the human brain to build innovative computing technologies and develop new treatments for brain disorders. However, many of the innovations and discoveries in the HBP could have implications for the research and development of
military applications. In this webinar, experts on dual use ethics, policy and application will discuss the issues at stake.
