The 5th Annual Meeting of the International Neuroethics Society (INS) convenes on November 7 & 8 in San Diego, as a satellite of the Society for Neuroscience Meeting. Professionals and students from the fields of neuroscience, law, medicine, philosophy and policy will discuss the ethical application of neuroscience research. The conference kicks off on November 7 with a Public Event on Neurogaming at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, followed by a reception.

On November 8, there will be a full day of programming at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, focused on topics including:

• The Science and Ethics of Moral Enhancement;
• Neuroethics in Understanding Consciousness and Implications for Medical and End of Life Decisions;
• Criminality and the Capacity for Rehabilitation.
