The Neuroscience and Law Center presents: The Future of Neuroscience and Law
The symposium will examine the latest neuroscientific advances in both civil and criminal law—ranging from concussion to the challenges of malingering—as well as the mental health and treatment of suspects and defendants embroiled in the criminal justice system. Leading experts will discuss the ethical implications and practical use of their research, the achievements of the legal system to date, and the future of neuroscience and law.
