Jonathan D. Moreno, Ph.D.
Dr. Moreno is the David and Lyn Silfen University Professor and Professor of Medical Ethics and of History and Sociology of Science at Penn. His current interests include the role of neuroscience in the military and ethical issues concerning human-animal neural stem cell chimera.
