CNS Public Talk – “Brain development and socioeconomic disparities in neighborhood context”

April 3, 2025 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Each year the CNS Public Talk Series highlights an issue or theme. The 2024-25 Public Talk series theme is the Brain in Socioeconomic Context.

Growing up in poverty puts children at risk for adverse outcomes, from academic failure to emotional distress. This year’s talk series will explore the links between socioeconomic status, brain and life outcomes.

Lectures run 4:30-5:30 PM EST, followed by a brief audience Q&A and reception with light refreshments. Due to limited seating, RSVP is required at the appropriate Event Brite link below each talk.
